Enjoy a farewell brunch in San Miguel Ejutla, then return to the Centro. For the remainder of the day, guests are free to rest at their hotels, explore the city on their own, and enjoy a final night in Oaxaca.

Explore Ejutla. Visit the palenques, taste rare varietals, plant new maguey in the nursery, and witness the mezcal production process. Enjoy home cooked lunch in the fields.
